What we can offer you:
- Emergency Data Recovery Evaluation and Immediate start
of recovery with the fastest possible turnaround time available.
If you bring your hard disk to our office we can examine it for you on the spot for an instant evaluation.
If you approve our quote and
Terms and Conditions, We will begin work immediately and give you regular updates on our progress.
- Emergency Pickup / Hard Disk Removal Option - We can send an urgent courier or taxi to pickup your hard disk drive from your
home/office if you are in the Edmonton area.

- During business hours we can also send one of our staff to your premises to remove the hard disk from your computer for you if you need to keep the
computer online/operational or start rebuilding it. We remove your disk and take it to our office for the work to commence.
We do not do our evaluation or recovery work onsite as we have the required tools and diagnostic equipment only at our own premises.

Fees and Charges for Emergency Data Recovery
- For Emergency In-Depth
Evaluation and Immediate Start of Recovery, the cost is $500
per drive. This is non-refundable and must be paid up-front before we begin any work;
this must be paid regardless of the outcome.
- A quotation will be given based on the estimated time needed to complete the job.
For Emergency service, we do not have a no-fix no fee policy. We charge per hour for
the time that our engineers need to
work on your hard drive. Our standard fee is $250 per hour,
billed in 10 hour blocks unless otherwise agreed.
This is charged regardless of the outcome of the recovery. Even if your recovery is not successful, this charge still applies for the time we
spent in attempts to help you.
- We can organize a courier or taxi to pickup the hard disk from your office, or we can send a staff member from our team to come to your
home/office to remove the hard disk from your computer if you are unable to do this.
Taxi/Courier fees are based on distance and delivery time, We will give you an estimate fee. We normally use a taxi service for a point to point
delivery.
An average distance of about 30 minutes drive would cost you around $50 or less. We will keep all receipts and charge this cost to you for
reimbursement in the final invoice.
