Note: If you or another data recovery company/repairer has opened the
hard drive by removing
the screws from the top cover of the drive and has opened the drive for any reason - the chances of success are normally much
lower. For us to work on drives that have been opened, we
administer a surcharge of $300
which is non-refundable. This covers the time needed for our
hardware engineers to clean and prepare your drive properly,
thereby improving the chances of recovery. For the best chance of getting your data
back, do not use the hard drive! - turn it off and bring it to us ASAP.

Bring your drive to us - we will test it
and let you know which problem your drive has AND confirm the price for
you before we go ahead with any work.
We always seek your approval on any quote
before beginning work.
How is Recovered Data Returned to You?
- We copy all recovered data up to 4GB
onto 1 DVD. ALL recoveries over 4GB but under 500GB are
supplied on a 500GB Seagate 7200rpm G-Force USB3 external
portable hard drive, unless otherwise arranged. This drive
can be rented for one (1) week for $29.00 or purchased for
$179.00. Recoveries over 500GB will be supplied on a
suitable destination drive at cost.
If you choose to supply your own destination drive for the
recovered data, it must not contain any data, in other
words, it must be totally blank or there will be a fee of
$30.00 to prepare it to accommodate our process. We must
have this drive in our lab before the in-depth lab evaluation is
completed.
